SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY - DELIVERY TIMELINE

Rinipo ships its products across India, ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We operate on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For locations covered by trusted courier services, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). For other areas, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the location and availability of courier services.

Please note that unexpected delays may occasionally arise due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical challenges. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as Rinipo works diligently to resolve any issues. Rinipo is not liable for delays beyond its control but is committed to minimizing their impact.

In rare situations where the delivery takes longer than expected or the shipment becomes untraceable, Rinipo reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
